Pointy Boss play a benefit at the Sumac Centre, Nottingham for Aceh on 18 November 2005

A packed benefit gig at the Sumac Centre featuring KaiZen, Pointy Boss and The Tramadolls raised over £300 for The Aceh Children in Need appeal, on Friday 18 November 2005.

KaiZen open proceedings, followed by Pointy Boss — who enjoyed their first outing with new drummer Shel — before headliners The Tramadolls took to the stage to bring the evening to a close. The distinctive sounds provided by each of the bands made for an eclectic but effective mix, and the friendly atmosphere and enthusiastic audience reception together produced an entertaining, as well as a effective fund-raising, night of it.
